What does the $49 setup cover?
Getting you running properly, once. We bring your existing repairs and layaways across, set up your shop and your staff, help you register for texting, and, on the website plan, start the design of your new site. You pay it once, when you sign up, and never again — and on a yearly plan you don't pay it at all.
Is there a yearly price?
Yes. The tracker is $699 a year instead of $948 paid monthly, and the tracker with your website is $1,599 instead of $1,788. Pay for the year up front and the $49 setup fee is waived. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers yearly plans too.
Who pays for the text messages?
You do, straight to Twilio — not through us, and with no markup. The texts go out on your own Twilio account under your shop's name, and Twilio bills you for what you send, typically around a cent a message. We walk you through opening the account and connecting it; it takes a few minutes.
How long before it can text my customers?
Carriers make every business register before it can send business texts, and that takes a week or two. We help you file it. Everything else works from day one, and until the registration clears nothing texts by accident — it's recorded, not sent.
What do I get on the $149 website plan?
