nava
— For independent jewelers —

The repair book, the layaway ledger and the till, finally in one place.

Take a piece in at the counter and the customer gets a text when it's ready. Run layaways that customers can pay online. Ring up a sale, print the tag and the receipt. One system, one screen, no double entry.

The demo is the real software with invented customers — sign in as demo@navaai.app / showmearound. Nothing to install, no sign-up.

— What it does —

Everything the counter needs, and nothing it doesn't.

Built inside a working jewelry store, so the parts other systems treat as an afterthought — layaways, repairs, telling the customer where their piece is — are the parts this does best.

Repairs

The bench, tracked

Write the ticket once. Photograph the piece as it came in. The customer gets a link showing where their repair stands, so they stop calling to ask — and you stop losing the paper tag.

Layaways

Payments that come to you

Balances update themselves. Customers pay online from the same link, or at the counter, and reminders go out on the first and last of the month without anyone remembering to send them.

Point of sale

Scan, ring, print

Enter a SKU and the price appears. Tax added or included, whichever way you price. Prints to a Zebra label printer and a receipt printer you probably already own.

Inventory

Tags off your own printer

Enter the piece — metal, carat, size, cost, price — and it hands you a SKU and prints the tag. Memo goods stay separate from owned stock, so your numbers mean something.

Texting

Your number, your name

Messages go out under your own business, on your own carrier registration. We handle the paperwork side of getting a shop approved to text — the part that takes most people weeks.

The day

Closed out by email

A summary of the day's takings — by payment method, with the drawer count — in the owner's inbox each evening, whether or not the owner was in the store.

— How it goes —

Running by the end of the week.

Day one

Your shop, stood up

We create your system, put your name and address on it, and bring your existing inventory across from a spreadsheet or your old till.

Day two

Printers and staff

A small program on the shop computer connects your label and receipt printers. Staff get their own sign-ins; owners see cost, staff don't.

Week one

Texting switched on

Carrier registration takes a week or two and we file it for you. Until it clears everything else works, and nothing texts by accident.

— Pricing —

One price. No per-terminal nonsense.

Every shop gets the whole system. Cancel whenever — your data exports in a format you can actually read.

Talk to us
— Honestly —

We use this every day.

Nava runs a real jewelry store in Ocoee, Florida: its repairs, its layaways, its register, its texts to customers. It was built because the alternatives cost more and did less. If something is missing, it's missing for us too — which is usually why it gets fixed quickly.
